Just in case anyone needs the answer, it's by doing a notes breakdown. By that I mean go into the notes.ini and delete everything except the top three lines. ( not literal lines but text lines ). <br><br>The cause of the Phantom notification is a mis-sync in NewMailSeq numbers between the mail file and the notes.ini. By doing the notes breakdown, the setup pulls the correct number into the .ini and the problem is fixed.
