I have read about some people using a phantom extension, how do you set one up in ip office? I assume it is a user that is not tied to a physical port and i can call forward it?

Just right click in the user column and select "New" create the phantom user with a spare extn number, press OK and when prompted if you want to create an extn click H323 (not strictly required but I find best practice), this does not consume any licences or require any hardware :)
