Hi all ,
i have an ipo 403 v2 at 3.2(68)running the relevant compatible s/w for ccc and vmpro connected via 2mb qsig to an isdx with multisite meridians connected via dpnss.
The ccc reports that periodically there were "calls" that appearred to have been ringing unanswered for precisely 30 minutes that began on the hour or half hour.
The realtime wallboards do not reflect these calls nor does a specific overflow ext ring that has been set upto catch calls ringing for over 60 seconds.
Since 2005 there has been approximately 18 of these calls which now show in ccc reporting as lost calls resulting in fines for the callcentre .
Has anyone else experienced similar.
