Using Info7 I have just received this message on a whole bunch of scheduled reports.

The reports are scheduled to print either to a color printer or a mono one depending on content but both types have failed.

At first I thought the above failure was related to the color printer which was renamed a couple of months ago (because its former name was too long to be passed during scheduling - over 32 characters). Since this renaming and a couple of months successful scheduling we've upgraded to Active Directory and the printer no longer exists.

But then I noticed the mono reports had failed too with same error and that printer hasn't had a name change.

What does the above error mean (can't find on the Business Objects support site) and what can I do to fix?
 
Check to see if the printer is set up on the SI server.

I'd guess that someone removed it, or it no longer works from there.

You should be able to just open notepad on that server and try to print to the same server, but it would be best to test a crystal report.
