Pervasive SQL 8.6 - How to restart Monitor?

Does anyone know how to restart the Pervasive Monitor?

Pervasive SQL 8.6 running on Windows XP

I used to monitor the MicroKernel Active Users but now nothing shows in the user list (even when users are connected). The monitor just stopped working the other day and I can't get it started again.

When I log in to the Monitor as an Administrator, nothing shows in Active File, Active Users, Resource Usage, or Active Sessions...

Is there anything in the PVSW.LOG? I've not seen that kind of behavior. You might want to restart the PSQL services.

Is this the workgroup engine?
If so you could be looking at the wrong engine, or files are actually being opened on another engine.
