Personal Macro Question??

When I open a new Excel File I keep getting a Msg Box popping up saying that Personal.xls is locked for editing blah blah. What have I done wrong to deserve this and how can I get rid of it? Pretty Please.

i think you accidentally locked the work book

to unprotect .. try this

This example removes protection from the active workbook.

ActiveWorkbook.Unprotect
