Our company is using Citrix to publish out a "desktop" for our end-users. We recently upgraded from Office 2000 to Office XP. Since then, we are seeing that users personal folders and the ability to e-mail to personal contacts disappear every once in a while. It's a quick fix but it's getting on peoples nerves...lol
I've noticed that on these end-users, there are multiple exchange profiles for Outlook XP. I don't know how they are getting there but it's what is causing this issue.
I used an .mst file and created an exchange profile while doing the transform file. My question is, why is it attaching multiple "Exchange" profiles?
Any info would be appreciated!
