Afternoon all,

This is the first of two questions. I have access to Personal directory from all my 11XX phones. I can access it, add numbers, etc. However, I was under the impression that if I programmed a name into personal directory that when that person called in it would show the name and not the number. I have set on CNDA & DNDA but still shows the number.

Any ideas?

The phone shows the number only with a missing 0 at the front. So for example 07733 becomes 7733.

I don't think there is anything you can do about the system truncating the leading 0 try adding it in as 7733

If the number is truncating then edit the dpac table to add back in the digits.

For example in the UK as a standard I always add 90 to incoming numbers, that way you can use the dialback feature on missed calls.
