I hope I'm posting this in the right spot... If not please let me know a better place to ask.
The network setup is this:
NT 4.0 Terminal sever acting as domain controller and giving policies
Windows 2000 Prof. client logging into domain
Normally users access the network with a Citrix session. However this user needs to log into the domain from their own PC. When this user tries to open Outlook 97 they get the following error:
"The program is not registered properly. Please run setup again. You don't have apporpriate permissions to perform this operation."
They can access all other apps just fine. I was thinking that maybe this is caused by a policy on the Windows 2000 computer itself or perhaps the policy from the NT 4.0 server. Anyways, I'm totally lost here and would GREATLY appreciate any light on this subject. Thanks...
