Is there anyway to force permissions down to child folders in the public folder directory?

It's a very long process to add an administrator to delete folders after adding them at the top ie "our folders" it doesnt propogate downwards (3/4 levels).

Any ideas? Not a major issue but would be helpfull.

in system manager right click on the top level folder, select all tasks, propagate settings then select the attributes you want to propagate.

If it doesn't leak oil it must be empty!!
