As Mike told you, the Camel book (2nd Ed.), aka "Programming Perl" is really good! <br>
It's the only Perl book I have, and I'm doing ok (so far) with understanding it.<br>
I'm told that "Learning Perl" is especially good for beginners, but I'm a beginner, and doing ok on the Camel book (+ internet resources like this).<br>
