I am trying to understand various performance criteria that need to be defined while starting a new project. I understand there could be a lot, in terms of user experience, network performance and database performance.
Questions..
What all performance criteria would you include in your proposal?
How do you tell in your proposal that standard windows user experience standards will be applicable for the application?
If you are working on a proposal and the requirements do not mention anything specific about performance criteria, how would you proceed?
