hi.I commit the mistake when i was trying to delete a partition in my hard disk.Instead i have made in my pen.how i create a partition in my pen again??What kind of software do this?Partition magic or simply windows?

Depending upon version of Windows, I'd try going into Disk Management and see if you can create a new partition there first. Some pen drives, like the Disgo use custom software to create, alter or hide partitions.

I have windows xp.Where is the disk management?

Click on Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Computer Management, Disk Management. Or, if you have My Computer icon on your desktop, right click on it, and select Manage, then Disk Management.
