pdf add-on with error in office 2007

After installing the microsoft pdf add-on I receive an error when saving a word document to a pdf file.
After saving, which still works and before opening the file to preview the result I first receive an error from AdobeReader.
I can't translate the error but it looks like this.

"Er is een fout opgetreden tijdens het laden van de insteekmodule 'accessibility.api'. De insteekmodule kan niet worden geinitialiseerd"

Can anyone help me out.

Uninstall your Adobe reader and re-install the latest version.
