PDC upgrade

Good Day,

I have a Compaq DL380 runing NT 4, sp6 running as a PDC. I promote the BDC to PDC, and go to run the upgrade on the PDC. Everything goes fine until the PDC reboots to start the file copy and installation. Its at this point I get an error referencing a missing kernel file, and I have no choice but to perform a clean install.

Has anyone had this problem before?? I have upgraded these same boxes with the same discs and never had a problem.

Thanks in advance, and insight is greatly appreciated.
