Hi all,

Good Xmas I hope.

I have an issue with my laptop and a PCMCIA TV Tuner.

Basically it all works fine but when it is plugged into my laptop it covers the release button because of the large design. I can remove it but I have to physically remove it with a little force.

Should I be doing this or shall I take it back and tell them the design is shocking!!! Is it ok to remove a device by not using the release button?

Thanks in advance.

Gavin.

It's OK if the device is designed to handle the stress. The computer will not care as long as you don't tweak the card but pull it out straight.
