PCI-Express into a AGP PCI Mobo

I doubt it. The voltages required are very different.
Plus, the host controllers for AGP, PCI, and PCI-Express are different beasts. I don't think an adapter would be enough...

No...sorry. You need a pci express motherboard. The slots are entirely different and as cdogg pointed out, so are the controllers.
