PCA on Opt 11

We have set up PCA on a primary extention so that it also rings a cell phone. What we want to happen, is for the call to go to the VM on the cell phone if it is not answer. It rings both phones but after several rings, the cell phone drops the call and shows missed call and the call continues to ring on the primary extension. Is it possible to have the calls go to the cell phones VM?

Providing the primary extension doesn't get diverted after a few rings, bot phones should keep on ringing until your cell phone's voicemail takes over the answering.
