PC wallboard lost calls

All,

IPO 4.6.2. CCV 5.0

I'm trying to display lost calls for a group on the wallboard. I have tried our highest numbered group (6000) and a lost call does not show on the screen. I've also tried one of our groups which actually receives calls and it also doesn't show the lost call.

Lost calls always shows as 0.

What am I doing wrong?
