PC NICs now coming up at 10Mbps bridged through 4610/5610 SW IP phones..

I have several employees whose computers (NICs are set to auto-negotiate) repeatedly come up at 10-half. If I reboot the phones, they will still come up at 10-half most often. The 4610/5610 phones are capable of 100Mbps, full-duplex.

I've looked in the 46xxsettings.txt file and see some things I could tweak, but common sense tells me to leave the stuff alone.

Does anyone have experience with this issue they could share with me?
