PC console wiring

I know when you order a pc console nortel sends the 25pr adapter end with it that connects from the mdf rm. Customer is requesting a new location, so I'm wondering if I can use a 6pr wire instead of the propriotory from nortel. If I can what would be the pin out on the 25pr amp end?
