PC Console errors

I've got 4 PC consoles running with 8411 sets, lately they've been all locking up at once. I suspect a network issue w/ database connectivity on that one.
But, a single console keeps kicking out with code 136 and code 137 errors. Reboot PC and all is ok (after kicking the switch to logout the operator so she can log back in). I'm suspecting the phone/PC connection at this point - will probably try swapping out the phone.
Does anyone have any experience with this beast? The Avaya documentation on error codes is nil.
Apparently the new SoftConsole is much more reliable and can run under NT/2000 too.

Are you running any other apps on the PC console machine?
I have seen many problems when trying to run, say Outlook, on the same machine. Also what O/S are they on. Console works best on a Win98 machine with no other apps running.
What is the spec of the PC? Processor/HDD/memory?

The locking up was a network issue with the server that had the databases for the directories.
As far as the other issue, this particular machine is specc'd the same as 4 others that are all operating perfectly. They have tried running without Outlook running with no changes.
I've started swapping components and cables one by one and see what causes the problem to move. Started with the 8411 set.
