I've got 4 PC consoles running with 8411 sets, lately they've been all locking up at once. I suspect a network issue w/ database connectivity on that one.
But, a single console keeps kicking out with code 136 and code 137 errors. Reboot PC and all is ok (after kicking the switch to logout the operator so she can log back in). I'm suspecting the phone/PC connection at this point - will probably try swapping out the phone.
Does anyone have any experience with this beast? The Avaya documentation on error codes is nil.
Apparently the new SoftConsole is much more reliable and can run under NT/2000 too.
