PBX Telco Patch Panel

The company I ordered from stopped making the patch panel I used. Does anyone know where I can get a 24 port, 1U, 8pin 8con rj45, active pins 4/5, 1-25 pair male amphenol on the back to connect? This to connect to Avaya 2 wire analog and digital circuit packs.

Thanks Mike, I've compared the Ortonics product to what I was getting from Communication Components, Inc. and the Ortonics was cheap at best. Still looking...
