Pasting spreadsheet data

Hi

Is it possible to select and copy data from an Excel spreadsheet and then paste it into a grid control of some kind within VB.

I want to transfer some data from Excel to VB, and due to formating and validation it may be easier to paste it into VB first (although I will probably read it from the spreadsheet directly) before doing any processing
