Hi Guys,

I'm using Windows 2003 Enterprise and have been searching for a 'script' or some type of freeware program which would allow users (remote & local) to change their passwords using questions and answers, such as a 'self-service' type password reset facility. I've seen many variations of this type of software (Anixis, Psynch, etc) although I am sure I remember someone saying there is such a program/script that bolts on to Windows 2003 .NET or something similar. Also, would it be possible (using .NET) to inform a user that their password has expired through a web interface, etc when they try to authenticate?.

Many Thanx

Marko

I can't speak for everybody, but I'm a PHP programmer and not a .NET programmer. Not everybody in here is a programmer either. So, I would suggest checking to see if you can find a .NET forum here on tek-tips. Now, if you were asking about the logistics of such a service, that'd be a different. :p
