password protected excel 2003 files in Citrix Session

I recentely installed a citrix xpfr3 setup on a w2k3 environment for a user, and they are using office 2003. When a user opens up 2 normal files, both open up fine.

But when a password protected file is open, and then you try and open another password protected file, it closes the original sheet down

Has anyone come across this before
