Password Protect Page

Hello All,
Im running IIS for a web server and I need to setup a page that is password protected. I would like to use Windows to login in to see the page. What is the best way to go about this

Remove anonymous access from the site you have setup in IIS and tell it to use windows authentication to beable to login to the site
