Password for Network Interface for CallPilot 1

While I was on vacation, standin logged into CallPilot Network Interface, and was asked to change password. Now he can't remember what he changed it to. Is there anyway that I can recover password or is there a default that can be used? I am at a huge loss not being able to get in.

You can default the password to 0000 from a phone on the system. Feature 985, dial 9, enter 73738767793 (RESETSMPSWD).
