We have users that login to their primary novell server.
And then they have a mapped drive to another server in another novell tree.
They access web applications through ldap from this mapped drive.
The problem we're having is that when the password on the server that the mapped drive goes to expires and they try to login to the webbased application, they get a message that their password has expired, but don't get the option to change it. This has become quite a nitemare.
These folks are on win2k machines. And the mapped drive goes to a novell 5.1 server.
Any suggestions? No 3rd party tools please as Novell is going away for us in the coming months and they won't spend a dime on it.
So If I'm screwed just tell me. hahahha or give me the easiest fix that our helpdesk can understand.
