I want to pass the UUI from my Avaya PBX out over an ISDN PRI. I verified the circuit is set up to pass. I have send UUI turned on in the trunk group. My agents use an app that connects to the pbx via AES with CVLAN. They enter a speed dial and that sends the call out. We want the originating caller id to go out in the UUI instead of sending our number as the caller id.
Should this work? Or do I need to use TSAPI in order to send the UUI out of my pbx?
