Hi All,

I searched and could not find the answer...so I am asking..

I have two forms :

Form 1
Contains a drop down box, where you can select the Persons age.

Form 2
Will then display all the people who are that age.

I want it so you select the age, click on 'Next >>' Form 1 closes and then form 2 opens displaying the correct info regarding there age.

How can I pass information between the two forms?

Thanks,
DerickD

Derick,

Open Form2 from Form1 using something like :
DoCmd.OpenForm "Form2", , , , , , intAge

Then in Form2 put something in like :

Private Sub Form_Open
intAge = Me.OpenArgs
End Sub

To Reread the passed Value.
