Johnwm

Invalid argument

Is is running properly at ur end? Pls check

Thanx

The code posted works fine for me.
Which value is giving the error? It's starting to look as if either your VB installation is duff, or that something unrelated is causing the problem.

Hi!!! Johnwm

Sorry to trouble u again.
The datareport section(xyz) shows empty. If possible pls send a sample project related to this datareport prob on giyer555@yahoo.com

I can check if the same works fine here.

Thanx & regards

Sorry but I don't do the email bit! See faq222-2244 paragraph 12

You didn't answer my last question, and I don't understand the <The datareport section(xyz) shows empty> reference

Hi!!! Johnwm

Good news!! the datareport works fine now
As u said the error might be due to the mapping between section numbers and names appears to be arbitrary.

And the mistake i committed was that i was using section name as index instead of a string value.
i.e xyz instead of string value "xyz"

Now its working fine & now i can send the comboBox text to the label in datareport.

Thanx a lot for the trouble taken.

Yo're welcome!
