Partner Messaging Can't Access Admin Mailbox

We have a town hall and police department who's dealer went out of business and wants us to take over the system but we cannot get into mailbox 0 because it says incorrect password. Anybody have a quick way to reset the admin password as the secret backdoors we have don't seem to work either? It's a partner messaging R7.
