If you have Centrex type lines, that allow you to Flash, receive a new dial tone, dial an outside number, then disconnect and the call will go to the outside number, then Yes, you set a Selector Code to Centrex Transfer.
Your ACS is too early a release to Remote Call Forward an extension to point to the outside number (needs to be 6 or higher)

Purchase an upgrade card, or replace the ACS itself.
While on an incoming call, press Feature and dial 03. If you hear a stutter dial tone, dial an outside number. When the outside number answers, press Feature and dial 03 again. If you are all connected, you have 3 way calling from the phone company. Now hang up. If the 2 outside parties remain connected, you have Call-Transfer-Disconnect from the phone company, and you're all set. If not, you can see if they will set you up with the feature on an ala carte basis.

Pick an extension. Assign it Remote Call Forward (#322). At the phone, program the outside number into one of the personal speed dials (Feature 99 for instance). Add a Call Forward button to the phone (Feature 11-(Extension Number)-(Speed Dial Bin (99 for instance)). Press the button, it will turn on and you will see Forward XX 99 on the screen.
Be sure the extension being forwarded has lines assigned to it, and that the auto line select grabs lines first instead of Intercom first. Make sure the extension is not restricted from dialing the outside number (Press Feature 99, make sure the call goes through)
Now go to another extension, press Intercom and dial the extension number of the forwarded phone. You should see a line go off hook, and the outside number should ring.
Now call in, answer on an extension, press Transfer and the extension number of the forwarded extension, hang up. A line should go off hook, and the incoming and outgoing calls should connect.
Finally the important test - hang up one of the phones, make sure both lines disconnect.
If everything passes muster, program one of your selector codes to transfer to the forwarded extension, and keep it forwarded.

It works anytime a call is transferred to the forwarded extension. Doesn't matter if it comes from the automated attendant or a live person. If the night service button is flashing, you have set a system password in #403. Either enter the password when you change from Day to Night and back, or remove the code in system programming.

No, just calls to the extension itself.
