Particular LOV in WebI very slow

WebI 2.7; BO 5.1.4; NT 4.0

While viewing various reports in infoview most of the lov's display within 2 seconds. But one particular lov which has only 5 values within takes around 2 minutes to display. Reports are getting displayed in reasonable time. This happens only in Infoview, not in ZaBO or BO full client.
Any idea friends what could be the reason and/or solutions?

The table the lov pointing to is too big
No index on the column on which you are querying
