From time to time, PGP will output an Exit code of 165 or 163 depending on whether it is decrypting or encrypting, however there does not seem to be any problem with the output file. If repeated on the exact same input file, PGP is successful and returns an Exit code of 0. Does any know what exactly a Partial failure during a decode\encode may be, or why PGP returns this code on an inconsistent basis?
