Hello, we are trying to adjust our park times to a useable figure, however it seems there is an anomaly on the park timer. Let me see if I can explain...

Currently our park ringback is set to 60 seconds.
If there are no calls parked and we park one call, the ringback sounds in 60 seconds.
If we park a second call while the first call is parked, even if it is at the 55 second mark, it gets the same timer, meaning it rings back in 5 seconds instead of 60.

Is this the correct behaviour? Is there a way to adjust the ringback per parked call?

It works as expected for held calls...

Thanks!

It should not work that way.
Can you tell us the software version and what type of hardware you use.
