I have a users dbf file. When I choose to use it as a parameter field it shows deleted user records, is there an option to set the delete on through Crystal without packing the database?

Also, is there any way to set parameters in a location to be pulled from instead of updating every report when it needs to be changed. What I'm thinking of is something that functions like an INI file where I can change once and it changes across the board for all reports using the same parameter.

Thanks, Joe

In many data bases, when you "delete: something from a user standpoint, it does not physically delete the record, but it flags the record as deleted or inactive.
