A simple question does SQL Server 2005 support true parallel transactions via a third party application?

If it does are there any settings that need to be done in order to implement this, and if so what are they?

Can I assume from my lack of response that no one has ever had this working? I suspect myself that it doesn't, but as I can't prove otherwise...
