Paradox 10 Won't Run in Windows XP: .NET Problem

Hi:

Familiar with Paradox 10? Mine won't run in XP, but all of the other Corel programs in the bundle will run. I get a strange message that mentions a .NET file. Something about needing a location of the file. I found the file(PDUSRS.NET), but I could not open it successfully. The message also says that someone else is using the database, which is nonsense.

Help,please.
