Panel Control: Can I set Autoscroll property to horizantal only

In Panel Control, I need only horizontal scroll bar. Is it possible using autoscroll feature of panel?

Having set the AutoScroll to true, scroll bars will show if needed. Why would you need only the horizontal to show up? What if there are controls that are not displayed and so the vertical is also needed to appear ?

TipGiver! actually I want to scroll controls horizontaly. But vertically I only want to scroll contents of controls not all control.Horizontaly number of contents are limited but vertically unlimited. And problem is I must have to keep controls height some pixel heigher than panel height to give a scrolling look. I was looking a simple way but I think i have to scroll bar controls manually, keeping autoscrol to false.
