Panasonic TVM 50 Voicemail

We have a new client today-Has a TVM50 Voicemail and all passwords are changes-No one knows any so we can get in to programming to do changes for client-What are our options...

Only option is default and reprogramming
No back door that i know of in 25 years of programming

How do you default Please ?

U can google Panasonic TVA 50 and pull up installer manual. There are switches on side of VM that can be flipped. Turn off before and back on VM. Need laptop with terminal on it and serial cable to program

By the way. TVS 50 is older VM it’s white
TVA 50 is blue newer and would take different software to program
