Panasonic DT wiring

Hi all,

I’m trying to wire a 66 block to a Panasonic DLC16 via cat5 cable.

I’m missing two extensions per port.

I tried Panasonic wiring at the block and cat5 crimp that didn’t work.

I have

On the 66 block:
Blue/
W blue
Green/
W green
Orange/
W orange
Brown/
W brown

Crimped end to DLC16: Panasonic color code.
W blue/
Blue/
W orange/
W green/
Green/
Orange/
W brown/
Brown

Only two extensions working per port this way

16 port card. Straight down. 25 pair to 66 block then if your using a patch panel the white blue one pair is all you use. You need 16 catch 5 patch cords for all 16 stations

There are plenty of DLC 16 models, which Panasonic PBX is it for? TDA TDE NS NCP ?

Each RJ45 of a DLC16 provides 4 extensions.
Pair white/orange = ext 1
Pair white/green = ext 2
Pair white/blue = ext 3
Pair white/brown = ext 4

In the Panasonic phone, the RJ11 must be used (To PBX). You must use the two outer wires (usually black/yellow).

Data port 2-3 are confusing because they’re on different pairs.

I have the pinout as in the manual at the rj45 crimp.
At the 66 I have straight pairs

Blue/ w blue
Orange / w orange
Green / w green
Brown/ w brown

Brain dead….. on rj45 jack its pins 3 and 6 which is white green for digital sets

Using a rj45 instead od amp cable the 568b pin out is
