Panasonic NS500 - Busy external lines

The NS500 will randomly hold a line as busy. No clue why this is happening.
Any idea?

What type of trunks, if Analogue it could be CPC detection timer.

Analog lines, it looks very similar to this problem:


Basically randomly we have busy lines, but no extension is busy, therefore it looks like DISA calls are hanging randomly. Not sure where the problem is. Did anyone successfully overcome this problem?

100% sounds like an issue I had before with CPC detection timer,

I am located in the UK and have set mines to 96ms for my customers which resolved any issues like this

We don't have CPC on analog phone lines here in Italy...
