Greetings everyone, I have a problem with a Panasonic TDE 100 PBX. I connected it to the network to install proprietary IP phones using a MikroTik router.
The phones registered successfully, but I only have one-way audio.
Any ideas on how to fix the issue?

Use wire shark there is a port or protocol that's being blocked.. more than likely it's the programming on the MikroTic

Proprietary IP phones require VPN to connect if they are on a LAN other than the Panasonic TDE 100 PBX.

You need to create rules on Mikrotik/Firewall
Signaling ports 2427, 2727 and 9300 forward to IP adress of IPC MPR
RTP (Voice) ports 8000-12000 forward to IP adress of DSP

You need to disable SIP ALG in your router

Can talk using VoIP. (PC-to-PC talk) = same network?
can u play a Pre recorded file on the other PC and it is sent to your PC).?

For what? Proprietary IP phones use the MGCP protocol.
Agitel is not very explicit, it does not say if the IP phones are internal, or external, or if it uses SIP access
