I have Panasonic IP PBX where in digital phones KX-DT543 showing in the display 00000000000000000000

How to remove this ?

is there any bug ?

I tried uploading the firmware to DLC16 but the version still showing 3.001

But my DMPR(BX) version is 5.2000

But when you connect the same phone like master phone then its working fine & it was not showing 0000000000000000

What system is it

If it is a tde/tda100-200 you have to update the system cards to v8
