Palm Vx with serial connecton

I have a user with a ArmadaM700 , with a dockstation ...

I try to connectin his palm with dockstatin ( serial connection ) , but i didnt have success.

Anyone had the same problem.. any driver , any thing like this

Goto Palm site and dowload the desktop software. During inswtallation this should detect your Pilot
