Palm Pilot sync issue

My sync has gone bad, is there a way to go back to the state Palm was in before the last sync?

yes, but when I look in the Outlook folder in the backup the file called outlook.pst is not there. That's where the calendar is supposed to be.

You sync with Outlook and have lost the activities there also?

How do you normally backup Outlook?

I backed up the entire HD

With what?
Are you sure the file is called Outlook.pst?
Try a search for *.pst?

I use veritas backup
I searched for pst file and it's not there

How about on your live system?
Find the name of the file you're using?
What version of Outlook?

the calendar was in a different profile in a deleted items folder
