Pal to NTSC

Is there any software that can convert a Pal dvd into a NTSC dvd ? I have tried DVD Santa and Blaze Media Pro but had no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First question: is this a CSS and REGION CODE protected DVD? if so, then you may be out of luck finding information here!

You will have more luck at one of these forum they deal with dvd and cd writers all the time.

Thanks for all of your replies. Instead of trying to use software to convert the dvd, I just ended up buying a dvd player that supported the Pal format. It only costed about $35 and it plays all of my Pal dvd's without a problem.
